On another note, I'll be posting in my LiveJournal from now on, so... yeah... ja.

Ara... seems as though CyberGeisha.Org has finally gone down. Let's hope Miyuki-san's new domain will be up soon, ne? ^^

Did my english oral presentation. Roughtly 2.5 words per second... In other words, it ended up as an incoherent 5 minute mumbling session added to my nervousness and weak knees... O_O;;

Two hours of sleep on Sunday took their toll on me. I woke up late for two days in a row >_< Sucks.

Guess what, I found my WWI WK fic in my random folder today. Reread it decided that it sucked. Jay and I had the whole plot going last year (or was it the year before?), but we just... lacked the writing talent of it. We could only come up with dialogues.

Speaking of which, Jay got an LJ! ^^

... Anyone up for writing it for us?? *hopeful look* We are, in fact, hoping that someone with more writing talent than we do would be kind enough to write the story... ^^;;

A brief synopsis of the story...

Brad (21) is something of a born businessman. However, in the midst of WWI, he is sent by his step-father, Taketori (*audience cringes*), to enlist to go to war. Against the strong protests of his younger brother, Nagi (16), he sets of to join the army with his best friend Ran (20), and Ran's boyfriend, Ken (19).

Brad was not keen to fight, so to speak, and sets off early on in the battle to hide somewhere, where he (fortunately, or unfortunately) meets (read: trips over the 'dead body' of) a German soldier, Schuldich (20), who had the same intentions as he - to avoid the battle altogether...

So the characters' stories are as follows:

Brad Crawford (21): forced to go to war by his step-father, when he'd rather be taking over the family business, which said step-father refuses to let him. Very small amounts of precog abilities, except when he's thinking. Has a fiancee, who later cheats on him. Not that he cares...
Nagi (16): Brad's younger brother. Hates Taketori and the war with a passion. Has a massive crush on a school friend, Omi. Writes letters to his brother, often to complain about their stepfather.
Ran/Randel (20): Brad's best friend. Has a secret relationship with Ken. Enlisted to go to the war to save up some money so they could eventually run off together (or something).
Ken (19): Ran's boyfriend. Went to the war because he didn't want to be left behind to worry himself sick every day Ran is gone.
Schuldich (20): a German soldier who met Brad after Brad accidentally tripped over his sleeping ('dead') body while trying to find a place to hide. A bit of a telepath and has an interest in languages, although he has a heavy accent.
Farfarello (20): Schuldich's Half-Irish, God-hating best friend. Joined the war because 'War hurts God'. Dragged Schuldich along because he could. Has a fiancee, Aya (17) in Ireland, who he doesn't really care about.
Omi (17): Nagi's school mate. A bit oblivious to the fact that his friend has the hots for him.
Youji (21): an irritating character (possibly a man whore, or just plain horny) on the German side who eventually gets killed by a bullet (Schu: 'Told him smoking will get him killed...'). His story may be subject to change if someone does pick this story up.

Miscellaneous bits...
- Pairings: Brad/Schu, Ran/Ken, eventual Nagi/Omi (There may be more...)
- May contain some Youji-bastardisation
- The whole plot seemed hilarious to us at first, so if it goes according to original plan, it should contain some humour.
- If anyone decides to pick it up, they may have to check up on some History notes.

If anyone is interested in writing the story, please leave a message/comment here...

LiveJournal is becoming a lot more convenient for me to use, because I'm lazy and they have a simple layout. Plus, you can have a client thingy that makes it even easier to post without goig anywhere near the LJ site...

America makes me cry. Watching 'Bowling For Columbine' shouldn't have, but it did. Maybe it was because of how disgusting America made mje feel. I could barely eat my dinner. No, there was nothing gruesome about it, but does one really want to know that America is such a fucking dangerous place to be, where people shoot each other just because they don't think things through first? It makes me thankful that we Australians are forgotten. It hurts to be involved with such an egoistic country.

Maybe I'm being negative, but I've been feeling negative about many things lately. I'm not about to make excuses. I know I've been rude, I know I've been selfish. I'm not about to make any promises and I'm not sure when I would be able to change, but I'll try.

So... the new layout is obviously hurting people's eyes and the font effect thingy pisses people off... Ok, got it. I'll make a new one. Soon.

Meanwhile... Nothig much has been happening. Oh, but Jay and I had a Damatic Confrontatio (tm) with Kylie during lunch. The rain came at a very (in)opportune time...

So... MANIFEST... It was ... good. Very hot though, inside. A chick almost passed out on the ground at the dealers because there were so many people. I decided no to go today. Have History to finish by Tuesday. Bought some yaoi manga ^^ A Ginji clasp thingy (Yes, I found it! It was stuck in one of the books)... Couldn't find a Ban one to match though. I was standing at the dealers for 20 minutes looking through the tubs for one... ;_;. Um... a Omi/Youji/Weiß keychain... Happy... ^^ We went to the screenings of Get Backers (... They really were all over each other...), Saisho Heiki Kanojo (It was so saaaaaad ;_;), and a little bit of Witch Hunter Robin (She's got funky hair ^^)...

Oh yeah. The Former-Idiots-Who-Ordered-The-Wrong-DVD-Set called and told me my DVDs were here and I could pick it up tomorrow. But I'll be at school and I've got English tutoring afterwards, so my mum is going to pick it up for me. But then we have to go out for dnner and then I'm going to the MANIFEST on Saturday and Sunday so the chances of me enjoying the DVDs until Sunday night are big. Of all the times... but at leats it's here now... ^^

Had People In Politics today. Which basically means we are spending today and tomorrow learning about how to vote and stuff. Was boring. Drew on my hand and planned out my music video of 'Imaginary' by Evanescence for Multimedia Art. That was good. Apparently people play bingo during those big meeting thingies (shows how much I learned about politics) ... ^^

We got to try out the OS X on the macs today in Computer Studies. We couldn't crash the damn thing >_< But we had a lot of making the backgrounds change every 5 seconds... ^^
